caidendesrouvier (2:27:54 AM): Caiden was eating lunch alone. He liked it that way. So, picking up his pizza slice, he didn't expect anyone to talk to him.
PhoenixStatJames (2:28:55 AM): (Okay, so um. Where is this?)
caidendesrouvier (2:29:39 AM): [Uni, remember? and this is like... after Phoenix has already tried a few times]
PhoenixStatJames (2:35:10 AM): (Ahah. okay)
PhoenixStatJames (2:35:49 AM): Phoenix didn't know what it was that made this guy turn him away. It irked him like no other but he wasn't easily deterred. And so he sidled over and sat down across from the other guy. "Enjoying the day then?"
caidendesrouvier (2:36:47 AM): He looked up and then down again, folding his pizza and chewing.
PhoenixStatJames (2:38:10 AM): Quirking a brow, Phoenix tapped his fingers on the table. "So I should become a mime, hmm?"
caidendesrouvier (2:38:43 AM): "Either way, I'm trying to ignore you."
PhoenixStatJames (2:40:24 AM): "What is it about me that makes you so bitchy? I mean, honestly."
caidendesrouvier (2:41:18 AM): "You distract my work. And right now you're distracting me lunch."
PhoenixStatJames (2:42:02 AM): Phoenix rose his brows. Distracted him from lunch? How was that even possible? "It's that hard to eat and talk? Wow, and you're not even blonde."
caidendesrouvier (2:42:55 AM): He chewed and shook his head. Ideas came to him when he was alone in crowded places. He liked the time to himself to concentrate on things in his mind.
PhoenixStatJames (2:47:36 AM): Phoenix was frustrated but he wouldn't let it show. "Fine. I'll let you get back to your oh so important chewing." He stood, gathering his bag.
caidendesrouvier (2:48:19 AM): "What exactly did you want?"
PhoenixStatJames (2:49:31 AM): "It's not like it really matters much, but I was going to ask you out to dinner."
caidendesrouvier (2:50:25 AM): "Oh," picking up his bottle of water.
PhoenixStatJames (2:52:24 AM): Phoenix looked at him questioningly. "That's it? Oh?"
caidendesrouvier (2:53:03 AM): "You said you were going to. You didn't actually ask," sitting back in his chair.
PhoenixStatJames (2:54:39 AM): Scratching his head, Phoenix realized this guy intrigued him as much as he pissed him off. "Well then...will you go to dinner with me?"
caidendesrouvier (2:55:27 AM): "why would I do that?"
PhoenixStatJames (2:56:55 AM): He blinked and opened his mouth and then closed it again. God, what a fucking asshole. "Why not?" he finally asked.
caidendesrouvier (2:58:51 AM): "Because I don't want to," looking at him over black rimmed glasses.
caidendesrouvier (2:59:15 AM): "Besides... what makes you think you're my type?"
PhoenixStatJames (3:06:03 AM): Phoenix pressed his lips together. That was it. He wouldn't take anymore of this. Fuck this little bitch. "That's all you had to say,"he snarled. "No need to be a bitch about it."
caidendesrouvier (3:08:47 AM): "I've already told you no twice."
PhoenixStatJames (3:13:29 AM): "Apparently I'm just plain stupid for thinking you'd be less of a pompous asshole about it. But I was wrong." He bowed down. "So sorry to waste your precious time."
caidendesrouvier (3:14:48 AM): Caiden didn't say anything, eating a chip.
PhoenixStatJames (3:16:00 AM): Huffing, Phoenix stalked off infuriated.
caidendesrouvier (3:18:16 AM): He looked after him for a moment. Phoenix wouldn't know he bothered to do so. His next class was a three hour block of lecture and lab.
PhoenixStatJames (3:24:53 AM): He stormed down the hall, livid and eyes blazing, shoving past people as he made his way to the art wing
caidendesrouvier (3:25:57 AM): He studied more than anything and by Friday night, he was at the bar.
PhoenixStatJames (3:36:41 AM): Phoenix had been talked into going and he was already slightly drunk by the time he caught sight of the familiar guy from Uni.
caidendesrouvier (3:40:28 AM): Caiden gripped and talked over beers.
caidendesrouvier (3:40:34 AM): [GRINNED-]
PhoenixStatJames (3:43:05 AM): Phoenix tipped back another shot, waiting f or the right moment to make his move. Call him relentless or call him stupid, right now he was too fucked to care.
caidendesrouvier (3:45:45 AM): They ordered each others drinks, Caiden getting a tequila shot next and drinking it.
PhoenixStatJames (3:48:19 AM): Patting his friend on the back, he sauntered over and his hand brushed the other guy's arm. "Fancy meeting you here.
caidendesrouvier (3:50:34 AM): He held up the next drink to his lips and looked at this guy incredulously. "And what do you want?"
PhoenixStatJames (3:51:18 AM): Phoenix's eyes were hazy and he shrugged. "Hell if Iknow. I saw a gorgeous boy across the room. You tell me."
caidendesrouvier (3:53:34 AM): He rolled his eyes a little bit and looked at his friends. "This is the asshole that won't leave me alone."
PhoenixStatJames (3:58:17 AM): Phoenix's eyes narrowed at that and he stepped back a little. "God, you've still got a stick up your arse, huh?"
caidendesrouvier (3:59:03 AM): "This makes four, mate. Most would have stopped after the second time."
PhoenixStatJames (3:59:37 AM): His jaw clenched and his eyes flared angrily.
caidendesrouvier (4:00:09 AM): "So, are you done?" drinking his whisky.
PhoenixStatJames (4:01:31 AM): "Yes, I'm done." But he wasn't. Oh no, this was far from over. No little shit embarrassed him like this and got away with it. Smiling almost evilly, he traipsed back over to the bar and tipped back a double shot of Jack.

caidendesrouvier (11:26:49 PM): Caiden sighed to himself and turned back in his spot. Around 1am, he made his way out to the parking lot and to his cheap run down car.
PhoenixStatJames (11:29:03 PM): Phoenix was waiting in the darkness and when he saw no one else was with him, he advanced. The knife was pointed right at Caiden's spine and he clamped a hand over his mouth. "Make a sound and I will spill your spinal fluid all over the ground."
caidendesrouvier (11:29:59 PM): His whole body tightened up and he thought he recognized the voice for a moment... thought it was someone completly different. So he froze and he didn't move, instant tears behind his eyes but keeping them back.
PhoenixStatJames (11:31:49 PM): "You should've been nicer,"he snarled, shoving Caiden in the opposite direction of his car to his own.
caidendesrouvier (11:33:05 PM): The voice wasn't who he thought it would be but he knew it... and he felt his stomach drop.
PhoenixStatJames (11:37:43 PM): He got him to the car, and with a nice shot to the head, he knocked him out.
caidendesrouvier (11:40:44 PM): Caiden barely felt the sharp feeling down his spine before flopping dead weight against Phoenix's arms.
PhoenixStatJames (11:43:49 PM): Tossing him in the backseat, he slammed the door shut and went back to Caiden's car, the other man's keys in his palm. Driving the car down the alley and around the corner, he parked it there and got back out, returning to his car and heading in the opposite direction of his home.
caidendesrouvier (11:47:39 PM): He stayed out, unmoving and making no sounds. Blood dribbled just behind his ear, but not much.
PhoenixStatJames (11:48:31 PM): He came upon the old cabin and pulled around back. Parking, he went to the backseat and dragged Caiden into the place, taking him into a room and tying him to a bed.
caidendesrouvier (11:54:43 PM): It was hours before he even moved, his eyes closed and the blood dry.
PhoenixStatJames (12:01:53 AM): Phoenix was out in the other room, sitting and flipping through a magazine.
caidendesrouvier (12:02:33 AM): He looked around for a short moment... it was barely a moment, before his stomach tightened with a fear he'd felt often in his life. "Hello?" yelling towards the door in the dark.
PhoenixStatJames (12:10:18 AM): A small laugh escaped him and he sat back more. Let the boy scream all he wants.
caidendesrouvier (12:14:57 AM): Pushing himself back on the bed a little, he pulled his legs up and kept his mouth shut. He was only thankful that the room didn't have blood on the walls and grim. He was in someones house... somewhere normal.
PhoenixStatJames (12:16:38 AM): Phoenix glanced at the clock and then back down to his magazine. He'd let him suffer.
caidendesrouvier (12:24:32 AM): Well, at least it looked normal. He was frantic, still, and tugged more at the ropes. He screamed more.
PhoenixStatJames (12:28:46 AM): "Screaming's really not going to get you anywhere!"Phoenix finally called out.
caidendesrouvier (12:33:09 AM): He had a look about him of distress now, looking at the door.
PhoenixStatJames (12:34:42 AM): Laughing lightly, Phoenix popped open a beer and sipped from it.
caidendesrouvier (12:40:58 AM): "What are you doing?"
PhoenixStatJames (12:41:28 AM): "Don't worry about it."
caidendesrouvier (12:42:12 AM): He swallowed a little. "Let me go."
PhoenixStatJames (12:43:57 AM): "Oh that's a good one. Let me think about it for a moment."
caidendesrouvier (12:45:13 AM): Caiden decided to be quiet. He had nothing to say. What could he say? Obviously the guy was a psycho.
PhoenixStatJames (12:48:09 AM): Phoenix tapped his magazine but didn't say a word.
caidendesrouvier (12:53:37 AM): He closed his eyes and licked his lips, feeling tears dry on his cheeks.
PhoenixStatJames (12:57:01 AM): Draining the last of his beer, he got up and went to the fridge, bringing out some water and going to the room.
caidendesrouvier (1:02:13 AM): Trying to sleep now... trying not to think, he kept his eyes closed.
PhoenixStatJames (1:02:48 AM): Phoenix came over to the bed, noticing the blood on the other guy's face and he undid the water bottle and dumped it on Caiden's face.
caidendesrouvier (1:03:35 AM): He made a noise when it went up his nose and opened his eyes, anger flashing there.
PhoenixStatJames (1:04:32 AM): A smirk and he tossed a towel down on his face and wiped off excess water. "Nice and clean now?"
caidendesrouvier (1:07:15 AM): "What the fuck is your problem!?!"
PhoenixStatJames (1:12:49 AM): "My problem? My problem?! Oh darling boy, you were the one with the problem,"he spat.
caidendesrouvier (1:13:33 AM): Caiden looked at him incredulously. "Let me go."
PhoenixStatJames (1:16:01 AM): "Oh and why would I do that?"
caidendesrouvier (1:22:17 AM): "What do you want?"
PhoenixStatJames (1:23:00 AM): He leaned down, lips to his ear. "To watch you suffer.
caidendesrouvier (1:25:38 AM): Caiden moved his head away from his as far as he could. "You're fucking pathetic."
PhoenixStatJames (1:27:06 AM): "And yet I got one over on you. So who's pathetic now?"
caidendesrouvier (1:27:59 AM): "I was drunk. How was I supposed to know that the pathetic asshole who wouldn't stop asking for a date was following me with a knife?"
PhoenixStatJames (1:30:07 AM): Phoenix laughed at that. "A knife which I still have. And if you don't start running your mouth, I won't hesitate to use to gut you."
caidendesrouvier (1:31:25 AM): "And get yourself caught?" looking at him. "What exactly do you want me for? Must really need a fuck or something."
PhoenixStatJames (1:37:19 AM): Phoenix shook his head. "I'm not going to fuck you. I wouldn't waste my time raping you. What good would it do? I'd rather watch you die."
caidendesrouvier (1:38:21 AM): A snort and he looked away from him.
PhoenixStatJames (1:43:05 AM): Phoenix lifted him up a bit by his color. "If you think I'm joking, test me."
caidendesrouvier (1:44:21 AM): Caiden pulled away the best he could and spit at him the ebst he could.
PhoenixStatJames (1:45:59 AM): A sneer curled his lip and he banged Caiden's head back against the headboard.
caidendesrouvier (1:49:18 AM): He winced at the sudden movement and felt a familiar almost cracking sensation. He kept his eyes open though and looked at him. "You're fucking sad."
PhoenixStatJames (1:50:57 AM): Phoenix cocked his head, wiping his cheek. "Maybe so."

caidendesrouvier (2:15:14 PM): Caiden didn't look at him, sitting there and staring at the wall.
PhoenixStatJames (2:17:12 PM): Turning off the light, leaving him in pitch black, he made his way back out of the room.
caidendesrouvier (2:18:14 PM): The darkness didn't bother him. He really was a night guy anyways. What bothered him was the unsettled feeling he had.
PhoenixStatJames (2:24:30 PM): Lounging back on the couch, he took another beer out and opened it.
caidendesrouvier (2:26:06 PM): He knew what time it was. There was an alarm clock right there to his right. 5am. Had it only been one night? Or was he out for a long time? He was hungry, but only because he rarely ate a big dinner... He'd been starved before... but never without himself hiding the food.
PhoenixStatJames (2:28:33 PM): Phoenix was through about three beers before he felt like passing out.
caidendesrouvier (2:30:14 PM): Caiden talked to himself sometimes. Mostly when he was doing his homework and studying. But now he was doing it to keep himself occupied... trying not to look at the time and how slow it was passing.
PhoenixStatJames (2:33:27 PM): Phoenix tossed and turned on the couch and then made his way to the bedroom again, slapping a piece of tape over Caiden's mouth and leaving again in silence.
caidendesrouvier (2:34:34 PM): He glared and felt the anger worsen in him... and the fear.
PhoenixStatJames (2:39:37 PM): Once more he laid down and closed his eyes. "They won't even know it was me,"he murmured.
caidendesrouvier (2:41:19 PM): He tried to move his mouth... press his tounge against the back of it... anything. It didn't work
PhoenixStatJames (2:44:37 PM): Shaking his head a bit, a laugh escaped him and he turned over onto his stomach.
caidendesrouvier (2:45:25 PM): But he kept trying... and around 6:30am he was tape free and this time, he did yell... and he did it as loud as he coul.
PhoenixStatJames (2:47:49 PM): Phoenix awoke with a start and stomped into the room. "do you honestly think anyone is going to hear you? Get the fuck over yourself, you worthless little bit."
caidendesrouvier (2:48:27 PM): "And you think I'm really going to just sit here and ignore the fact some pyschotic asshole has me tied to his bed?"
PhoenixStatJames (2:52:02 PM): "Wow, you hit me right on the money. Gosh, that hurt." He rolled his eyes.
caidendesrouvier (2:52:58 PM): "It wasn't meant ot hurt."
PhoenixStatJames (2:55:00 PM): Phoenix leaned agaisnt the wall. "Then what, just stating a useless fact?"
caidendesrouvier (2:55:23 PM): "I didn't say it was useless fact."
PhoenixStatJames (2:58:45 PM): "Then what, pray tell, is it?"
caidendesrouvier (3:14:38 PM): "Just plain fact."
PhoenixStatJames (3:18:02 PM): Phoenix laughed at that. "And so fucking what?"
caidendesrouvier (3:23:03 PM): Caiden still didn't look at him, not saying a word.
PhoenixStatJames (3:23:34 PM): "Ah, you poor victim."
caidendesrouvier (3:24:12 PM): "Is that what you've got me here for? To overpower something? Did you kill puppies as a child too?"
PhoenixStatJames (3:27:03 PM): Phoenix paused a moment and then burst out laughing. "Oh that's just rich. Going to use your inane psychobabble on me?"
caidendesrouvier (3:32:53 PM): "i'll take that as a yes."
PhoenixStatJames (3:33:58 PM): "You don't know me. Don't pretend to." He went right back over to him and this time wrapped the tape around his mouth and the back of his head.
caidendesrouvier (3:34:57 PM): Caiden rolled his eyes. It figured. He couldn't take the verbal hits.
caidendesrouvier (3:35:06 PM): "Pathetic," through the tape.
PhoenixStatJames (3:36:57 PM): Phoenix lashed out and decked him.
caidendesrouvier (3:37:28 PM): He only glared more after he shook off the shot. "Fuck. You."
PhoenixStatJames (3:39:47 PM): Leaning down, Phoenix smiled. "Keep talking, sweetums and I'll show you what your insides look like."
caidendesrouvier (3:42:02 PM): Caiden just gave him a look that said he thought the other guy was stupid.
PhoenixStatJames (3:47:12 PM): "Yes, you're so smart, love. So fucking smart." He patted his head and left the room.
caidendesrouvier (3:50:55 PM): Caiden ignored him and wondered if he'd come up with anything that was remotely good evil genius.
PhoenixStatJames (3:51:55 PM): (Eheh O:-)) Phoenix sat down on the couch, watching the stove top and looking at the fishing rods.
caidendesrouvier (4:00:58 PM): Caiden had fun kicking the footboard as good as he could for the next hour or so.
PhoenixStatJames (4:04:30 PM): When he came back into theroom, he had a heated fishing lure roped in his hand, an evil smirk on his face.
caidendesrouvier (4:05:10 PM): He'd started to break the foot board when he came in. Caiden just stared at him.
PhoenixStatJames (4:06:12 PM): He sat down on the bed ever so gently and gripped Caiden's face, taking the lure and plunging the end into his bottom lip, threading it through.
caidendesrouvier (4:08:13 PM): It wasn't too much different than when he'd bottom his lip pierced. But he cringed at the harshness of it.
PhoenixStatJames (4:09:37 PM): He did it over and over until Caiden's lips were sewn shut, then brought the other hot end over, hovering. Winking, he pressed it to Caidens' lips to cauterize the wounds.
caidendesrouvier (4:10:25 PM): He had tears in his eyes but he swallowed down the vomit that kept trying to rise up. What good would it do.
PhoenixStatJames (4:12:26 PM): "Sweet dreams,"he whispered into Caiden's ear, kissing his cheek and sauntering out, humming.
caidendesrouvier (4:16:12 PM): The pain dulled sometime before noon the next morning and he kept trying to open his mouth... lick his lips... and they twinged.
PhoenixStatJames (4:18:18 PM): He made himself breakfast and sang at the top of his lungs
caidendesrouvier (4:19:40 PM): He closed his eyes and parted his lips. After what felt like forever worth of excrutiating pain, he felt one of the stitches break.
PhoenixStatJames (4:25:26 PM): He ate quietly in the small livingroom and watched tv.
caidendesrouvier (4:26:11 PM): He let out a small noise ad felt the skin rip... the scabs. By the time he got the last one done he cried out and closed his eyes.
PhoenixStatJames (4:32:07 PM): Phoenix popped some noodles into his mouth, immersed in Seinfeld
caidendesrouvier (4:42:25 PM): He screamed something only this time more angry and mouth bloody.
PhoenixStatJames (4:43:20 PM): He was startled as he dropped his bowl, noodles spilling out everywhere. "Bloody hell."
caidendesrouvier (4:44:23 PM): The taste filled his mouth and he spit the best he could.
PhoenixStatJames (4:50:16 PM): Phoenix came into the room and shook his head. "Well aren't you a persistent fucker."
caidendesrouvier (4:51:26 PM): Caiden was breathing a little hard, his cheeks red... all down his neck bloody.
PhoenixStatJames (4:53:30 PM): Coming over, Phoenix sloppily wiped him up. "You're going to get your damn self infected."
caidendesrouvier (4:54:53 PM): "No thanks to you."
PhoenixStatJames (4:55:38 PM): "What do you mean, me?" He looked at him like he was crazy.
caidendesrouvier (4:56:25 PM): Caiden had a hardened look about him and gathered blood in his mouth, gladly spitting again at him.
PhoenixStatJames (5:01:33 PM): Phoenix blinked and dodged just a bit so it didn't hit his face. "What in the bloody hell was that for?"
caidendesrouvier (5:03:40 PM): "you're fucking insane."
PhoenixStatJames (5:04:38 PM): He stared at him incredulously. "I am? You're the one that told me to tie you up!"
caidendesrouvier (5:06:44 PM): "Alright. Then untie me!" he was fucking insane, really... Caiden couldnt' believe it.
PhoenixStatJames (5:07:57 PM): Phoenix cocked his head. "But you're sick."
caidendesrouvier (5:13:09 PM): "I'M SICK?! You're the sick one!"
PhoenixStatJames (5:15:15 PM): Phoenix shook his head. "I can't deal with you when you're like this."
caidendesrouvier (5:15:30 PM): "you sewed my mouth shut!"
PhoenixStatJames (5:16:19 PM): "I did not!"
caidendesrouvier (5:16:43 PM): "Yes, you did!" Caiden couldn't believe this, his cheeks red with anger.
PhoenixStatJames (5:17:23 PM): "Whatever you say."
caidendesrouvier (5:17:41 PM): "UNTIE ME!"
PhoenixStatJames (5:19:57 PM): Phoenix turned. "I can't do that."
caidendesrouvier (5:22:47 PM): "Yes you can!" the blood had stopped but it was still all over his mouth.

PhoenixStatJames (1:42:11 AM): He shook his head again and pressed the towel to Caiden's face to wipe it away.
caidendesrouvier (1:42:54 AM): He just winced and looked at him with anger across his features.
PhoenixStatJames (1:44:53 AM): "I'm sorry this happened, but honestly, you should've gotten help earlier on."
caidendesrouvier (1:45:26 AM): "You shouldn't 'ave kidnapped me! You shouldn't have shoved a fucking fish hook through my lip!"
PhoenixStatJames (1:47:07 AM): He startled a bit. "Why in God's name would I do that?"
caidendesrouvier (1:55:00 AM): "Because I blew you off for a date. Four times. Because you're a psycho. Why would I ask someone I don't know to tie me down? Why would anyone ask to have their lips sewn shut?!"
PhoenixStatJames (1:56:25 AM): Phoenix sat down, looking confused. "They told me...they said it."
caidendesrouvier (1:58:07 AM): "They? Who the fuck is 'they'?"
PhoenixStatJames (2:00:25 AM): He blinked a bit, scratching his head. "Time to make dinner,"he mumbled and left the room.
caidendesrouvier (2:03:46 AM): Caiden looked frantic. His lips burning and his eyes red. "UNTIE ME!"
PhoenixStatJames (2:06:02 AM): He paused and came back, cocking his head again and came over. "I should clean you up."

PhoenixStatJames (2:18:19 AM): "I can't."
caidendesrouvier (2:19:30 AM): Caiden shut his mouth again and it ached and burned. He couldn't beg for his life... that probbaly wouldn't even worl.

PhoenixStatJames (2:29:40 AM): Picking out the last of the stitches, he went about cleaning the wounds.
caidendesrouvier (2:30:06 AM): A wince and he closed his eyes at the pain.
PhoenixStatJames (2:31:13 AM): "If we keep em cleaned they should get better."
caidendesrouvier (2:31:48 AM): "you should take me to the hospital."

PhoenixStatJames (6:50:51 PM): "You'll heal in time."
caidendesrouvier (7:00:50 PM): He didn't look at him. He couldn't STAND to look at him.
PhoenixStatJames (7:01:38 PM): Phoenix got back up, turning off the light and taking the things away to throw them out.
caidendesrouvier (7:24:06 PM): He sat there in silence before kicking the footboard hard with his heel./
