Dani
(7:47:47 PM): He was on holiday from school and his parents had told him
and Raine to bring a friend or two with them to
Adrion (7:49:18 PM): Adrion sat on his bed, swinging his legs a little and watching
the small TV in his dorm.
Dani (7:50:57 PM): When he'd packed his
last bag, he went to retrieve Adrion. His head was
bowed a little and he was already feeling guilty. He'd said he was bringing his
"friend" Adrion along for the trip and the
look Raine had given him made him feel like shite. As
he stepped up to Adrion's door and knocked, his
sister walked past him, shooting daggers at him.
Adrion (7:51:44 PM): "Come
in..." fiddling with the clasp on his belt.
Dani (7:52:31 PM): He opened the door and
stood against the doorframe. "Hey."
Adrion (7:53:42 PM): "We ready to
leave?" grinning a little and slipping off the bed. His feet his the ground with a soft thud.
Dani (7:54:55 PM): "Um yeah. Raine's downstairs with Frankie. So let's go before they
get impatient."
Adrion (7:56:30 PM): He grinned and
started taking a few things out of the small wardrobe that he hadn't packed
yet. Stuffing it into an expensive looking carryon bag, he opened the handle.
Dani (7:58:45 PM): Dani made his way out of the room first and down to the
elevator, dragging his bags in with him.
Adrion (8:00:22 PM): Adrion tried not to bounce too excitedly. "I always wanted
to go."
Dani (8:00:54 PM): He smiled a bit at him.
"I'm sure you'll love it there."
Adrion (8:01:52 PM): "I know!"
he bounced a little on his heels, thinking 'to hell with it'.
Dani (8:02:44 PM): A laugh and they rode
the elevator down to the bottom floor, then got out and Raine and Frankie were
already there at the door.
Adrion (8:05:12 PM): Adrion stayed close at his side, but didn't grab his hands
because Dani had one bag in each
Dani (8:08:27 PM): Raine eyed him but he
didn't meet her gaze and headed for the suv, dumping
bags into the trunk.
Adrion (8:09:13 PM): He scrambled in
behind him and flopped down.
Dani is away at 8:10:53 PM.
Dani (8:47:35 PM): Going to
the driver's side, Dani looked over at Adrion and quirked a brow. "Excited, huh?"
Adrion (8:48:16 PM): "Yeah,"
smiling a little and sitting there beside him in the front.
Dani (8:50:33 PM): He
waited for everyone to get situated and then pulled out of the lot towards the
airport. Raine kept "accidentally" kicking his seat and he just
gritted his teeth and said nothing.
Adrion (8:52:03 PM): Adrion didn't notice anything. He was normally oblivious. Even
if something was going on, he'd try to keep the peace.
Dani (8:55:48 PM): When they got to the
airport, he pinched her hard under her elbow and then walked off to turn in the
tickets.
Adrion (8:59:42 PM): Adrion had an odd look on his face at that before catching up,
rubbing the back of his neck and the short hair there.
Dani (9:04:35 PM): When the tickets were
taken care of, he went to the carousel to put his bags on and then started o ff
to the terminal.
Adrion (9:05:45 PM): Adrion kept his bag with him and let them check it through the
machine
Dani (9:08:02 PM): Standing at the
terminal, Dani shifted from one foot to another.
Adrion (9:08:21 PM): Adrion leaned his head against Dani's
shoulder as they waited.
Dani (1:34:38 AM): Raine kept looking at
him like she wanted to throttle him and he simply slung an arm around Adrion's shoulder lightly.
Adrion (1:37:24 AM): Adrion yawned a little, having had a long and drawn out night.
Dani (1:39:13 AM): They got up to the
counter and turned in their t ickets and then boarded
the plane, heading towards the middle section.
Adrion (1:39:48 AM): He was a little hazy
when he first sat down, eyes closing for a moment.
Dani (1:41:52 AM): Raine and Frankie were
in the seats in f ront of them and Dani took the aisle seat, slouching down in the chair.
Adrion (1:43:25 AM): "I can't wait..."
grinning.
Dani (1:45:08 AM): He nodded and touched Adrion's hand, although that same nervous feeling was back
now. He didn't have the balls to admit it. The last person he'd been with was a
girl and for all his family knew, except for Raine, he was straight.
Adrion (1:47:45 AM): "You'll still
sleep with me at night, won't you?" His favorite thing, he thought, was
when Dani snuck to his room and held him while they
both slept. It was more than he could ask for.
Dani (1:52:05 AM): He heard Raine snort
and pressed his lips t ogether for a moment. "Yeah, of course."
Adrion (1:57:31 AM): Adrion kissed his cheek and touched the back of his hand.
Dani (2:00:25 AM): He felt horrible for
not telling his mum over the phone. She'd have been accepting. So would the
rest of them. And yet he hadn't said a word.
Adrion (2:01:19 AM): "Tell me what
you're going to show me again."
Dani (2:06:18 AM): Dani glanced down at him a bit and talked once more about the
house that his parents had and the countryside. The meadows
and the town that was closeby.
Adrion (2:07:53 AM): Adrion fell asleep as he talked, a
small smile on his face and head against Dani's
shoulder.
Dani (2:08:44 AM): Raine turned around
sometime mid-flight and told him he was a bastard but he feigned sleep and she
turned back around in her seat, scowling.
Adrion (2:09:08 AM): Not too much longer
and they were landing.
Dani (2:10:07 AM): The pilot came out over
the loudspeaker and told them about their descent and to keep their seatbelts
on until the plane had come to a stop.
Adrion (2:10:35 AM): Adrion stretched in his seat and yawned.
Dani (2:12:07 AM): Raine unceremoniously
leaned her chair back till it hit Dani's knees and he
startled a wake
Adrion (2:13:32 AM): Adrion glanced at Raine a little but didn't say anything.
Dani (2:15:19 AM): He sat up, frowning,
and she readjusted her seat with a snarled "sorry".
Adrion (2:16:52 AM): "Raine pissed
at you?"
Dani (2:21:56 AM): "Apparently,"he muttered, knowing why but not going
into it. "She's a little moody, is all." He shrugged.
Adrion (2:22:23 AM): "Oh..."
nodding a little bit and undoing his seatbelt when the thing came on.
Dani (2:25:13 AM): Dani got up, stretching and "accidentally" swatting
the back of Raine's head. She narrowed her eyes at
him and then moved down the aisle, Frankie close behind her.
Adrion (2:26:49 AM): Adrion gave Frankie a look for a moment, questioning.
Dani (2:28:52 AM): She gave him an
apologetic smile, shrugging slightly before moving to catch up with Raine.
Adrion (2:31:20 AM): He just looked more
confused, biting his lip a little and following along.
Dani (2:37:57 AM): Dani went to the carousel, getting their bags and putting
them on a cart. Raine was already ahead, way out towards the front doors.
Adrion (2:38:20 AM): Adrion practically toddled around behind him, excited.
Dani (2:45:06 AM): The suv
was waiting for them and he got in the back while Raine and Frankie got into
the middle section.
Adrion (2:45:46 AM): Adrion tucked his legs up against the seat, leaning back and
touching Dani's arm
Dani (2:47:01 AM): "You gonna go all hyperactive on me once we get there?"
Adrion (2:49:54 AM): "What do you
mean?"
Dani (2:57:38 AM): "I mean, jumping
around like that bloody energizer bunny."he laughed.
Adrion (2:58:51 AM): "Why?"
curiously.
Dani (3:00:08 AM): "I was just
joking, Rion.
Adrion (3:00:54 AM): "Then why ask?
You know I am."
Dani (3:01:55 AM): He shrugged and said
nothing more, glancing out the window as he watched the scenery pass him by.
Adrion (3:03:14 AM): He rubbed his cheek
absent mindedly, feeling a little naesous and hungry.
Dani (3:05:41 AM): "We should be
there soon,"Raine said suddenly.
Adrion (3:07:09 AM): Adrion peeked up, grateful.
Dani (3:09:24 AM): Dani rubbed his arm absently and looked at the familiar
countryside.
Adrion (3:11:15 AM): Closing his eyes, he
swallowed a little.
Dani (3:12:45 AM): "You okay?" Dani whispered.
Adrion (3:13:17 AM): "Mmm... didn't eat much at breakfast."
Dani (5:27:22 PM): "Well,
I'm sure mum will have loads of food for us when we get there,"Dani
reassured him.
Adrion (5:27:58 PM): "Mmm..." Adrion nodded a
little and fiddled with his bag at his side.
Dani (5:29:37 PM): The suv
pulled up the long driveway, parking at the end and Dani
got out when it came to a stop.
Adrion (5:35:21 PM): Adrion slipped out behind him, holding the strap of his bag.
Dani (5:38:20 PM): Dani saw his family coming down the front path and he
suddenly pulled Adrion aside.
Adrion (5:38:53 PM): He almost tripped a
little when Dani grabbed him and pulled him over.
Dani (5:44:36 PM): "They don't know
I'm gay,"he whispered.
Adrion (5:45:58 PM): an odd look crossed Adrion's features, looking at him. "And?"
Dani (5:51:33 PM): "And...I...I don't
want to tell them yet."
Adrion (5:52:44 PM): He moved from one
foot to the other, looking up at him. "So?"
Dani (6:06:28 PM): "So...well
I told them you're my friend."
Adrion (6:10:43 PM): "But I'm not
just your friend..."
Dani (6:15:31 PM): "I know that."He sighed a bit. "I just...I can't tell
them right now, Rion."
Adrion (6:16:08 PM): "So what am I
supposed to do?" he was trying not to look hurt.
Dani (6:18:06 PM): "Just...bear with
me for a little while, please?"
Adrion (6:25:40 PM): "Why don't you
want to tell them?"
Dani (6:27:44 PM): "I'm not ready, Adrion. I've only ever been with girls before all
this."
Adrion (6:28:35 PM): "So what?"
quietly.
Dani (6:35:04 PM): "So it's hard to
tell them, all right?"
Adrion (6:37:50 PM): "So I'm
supposed to just keep off you for two weeks?"
Adrion (6:38:11 PM): "Or do you plan
on it being this way all summer?" he had a feeling Dani
did.
Dani (6:46:33 PM): Dani gulped a bit. "I don't know for how long."
Adrion (6:49:58 PM): "That's not an answer."
Dani (6:52:01 PM): "Yes it is, Adrion. When I'm ready I'll tell them ."
Adrion (6:53:06 PM): "Is that why Raine's been a bitch to you all day?"
Dani (6:55:46 PM): He sighed a bit and
nodded. "Yeah..."
Adrion (6:56:44 PM): "You deserve
it," Adrion gave him a look of disgust mixed
with how unsure he was before moving away and over to the girls.
Dani (7:03:48 PM): Dani's face fell and he pressed his lips together. How could Adrion not at least understand just a little bit? But he
knew he was a prick and he just shuffled after them in silence.
Adrion (7:08:57 PM): He stayed next to Dani when Dani came back up
beside them, but didn't particularily acknowledge
him.
Dani (7:14:00 PM): When his mum came over
and enveloped him in a hug, he almost wanted to cry.
Adrion (7:16:41 PM): Adrion stood in the background with Frankie./
Dani (7:20:55 PM): "I'm sorry he's
being an idiot, Aide,"she whispered, chewing at
a nail.
Adrion (7:21:21 PM): "Its only going to make this summer shitty if he keeps doing
that."
Dani (7:33:04 PM): "Yeah, I know. And
Raine will be miserable company."
Adrion (7:35:30 PM): "We'll have to
keep each other company, then."
Dani (7:41:11 PM): Frankie sighed, then slung an arm around Adrion's
shoulder. "He'll come around and realize that his family won't even
care."
Adrion (7:42:39 PM): "yeah,
yeah..." he looked at the back of Dani's head
and waited for more instruction.
Dani (7:50:44 PM): Raine turned and
gestured them inside and Frankie tugged Adrion along
Adrion (7:51:33 PM): Adrion let her, holding his bag over his arm and following.
Dani (7:58:09 PM): Dani went off to help his dad and Raine showed them to their
rooms.
Adrion (7:59:00 PM): He looked after Dani with a sigh and followed Raine.
Dani (8:01:46 PM): When Frankie ventured
into the guestroom, Raine stopped outside another for Adrion,
pushing open the door.
Adrion (8:19:03 PM): "Think it'll be
alright with him if I stay in his room?" knowing this was Dani's room.
Dani (8:26:50 PM): "Doesn't matter.
Fucking torture him. He deserves it."
Adrion (8:27:31 PM): Adrion smiled a little and went in. It was almost 6pm and he
was starving.
Dani (8:31:19 PM): "Mum'll be making dinner. So get settled and come back
downstairs."
Adrion (8:31:54 PM): "All
right..." nodding a little and finding clothes to change into and knowing Dani will be up to.
Dani (8:39:43 PM): Raine left and after a
bit, Dani came up the stairs to his room and stopped
in the doorway. "W-What are you doing in here?"
Adrion (8:40:06 PM): "I'm staying in
your room, remember?" standing in his t-shirt and no boxers.
Dani (8:47:36 PM): Dani gulped a bit. "I...I just thought...that you'd get
your own room."
Adrion (8:50:02 PM): "Why would I do
that? Isnt
this one big sleepover?" putting his boxers on, tight and dark red.
Dani (8:58:43 PM): He frowned and
scratched at his head. "C'mon, a
Dani (8:58:48 PM): Adrion...don't do that."
Adrion (8:59:01 PM): "What am I not
doing?"
Adrion (8:59:14 PM): "Or rather,
what is it you don't want me to be doing?"
Dani signed off at 9:24:15 PM.

Adrion (9:27:22 PM): "What am I not

Dani (9:33:54 PM): He sighed and stared up
at the ceiling. "We shouldn't stay in a room together."
Adrion (9:35:03 PM): "And why
not?"

you have to make this difficult?"
Adrion (9:41:44 PM): "You told me we
could still sleep in the same bed."
Dani (9:45:14 PM): He rubbed over his face
and blinked a little to push back tears of frustration.
Adrion (9:46:10 PM): Adrion looked at me. "Do you want us to not be together anymore ?Because if that's what you want, I'll sleep in another
room."
Dani (9:51:26 PM): Dani glanced at him, heart thudding in his chest.
"That's not what I want, but I just...if someone came in..."
Adrion (9:53:48 PM): "Fine.
Alright?" he picked his bag up. "I won't touch you and I won't sleep
next to you."
Dani (9:55:02 PM): "Adrion...please don't be mad at me."
Adrion (10:01:24 PM): "You're
impossible," opening the door and moving to where Raine had pointed out an
empty room
Dani (12:05:18 AM): "I'm not t rying to be,"he whispered
sadly.
Adrion (12:07:48 AM): Adrion snorted and went into the room, shutting the door.
Dani (12:16:23 AM): Dani sat down on his bed, head in his hands.
Adrion (12:17:28 AM): He put stuff in the
drawers there and closed the suitcase, moving to go downstairs.
Dani (12:24:23 AM): After a long moment, Dani left his room and went to the diningroom
for dinner.
Adrion (12:26:45 AM): Adrion was already there, sitting down and eating.
Dani (12:50:26 AM): Dani sat away from him and Raine sent him evil daggers.
Adrion (12:51:47 AM): He noticed this and
looked down at his plate, shaking his head.
Dani (1:02:03 AM): Eating quietly, he
answered questions when he was asked.
Adrion (1:02:32 AM): Adrion poked his dinner around on the plate.
Dani (1:13:06 AM): Raine touched his arm,
giving him a little smile
Adrion (1:29:25 AM): He took his arm
away, gently, and sighed.
Dani (1:31:56 AM): A frown and she glared
at her brother, but he didn't look up.
Adrion (1:32:57 AM): He finished his food
pretty fast and excused himself.
Dani (1:35:39 AM): Dani glanced up after him but didn't get up and he felt Raine
kick his shin.
Adrion (1:36:32 AM): He'd decided to take
a quick shower in Dani's shower, putting a towel from
the shelf in it on the counter.
Dani (1:40:46 AM): When dinner was over,
his parents said they were going to his aunt's and left and he headed upstairs
Adrion (1:45:48 AM): He left the bathroom
door open, but shut the main door to the room, stepping inside and turning it
on.
Dani (1:48:32 AM): Going to his room, he
barely noticed the sound of the shower, then stopped.
Adrion (1:49:23 AM): Popping open his own
bodywash and putting on the loofa
he brought, he went about doing this fast.
Dani (1:52:01 AM): Dani sighed and went over to his bed, knowing it was Adrion in there.
Adrion (2:00:13 AM): Rubbing it over his
shoulders, he washed it off and faintly touched scars on his back, sighing. It
almost bothered him that Dani never asked what they
were.
Dani (2:13:10 AM): Laying back in bed, he stared up at the ceiling in silence.
Adrion (2:16:25 AM): Flicking it off and
grabbing the towel, he started to dry off and came into the room, putting on hsi clothes he'd left on Dani's
floor.
Dani (2:18:01 AM): Dani didn't look at him but god did he
want to. Hell, he wanted to grab Adrion and kiss him
like he always did. Fondle him like after every shower.
Adrion (2:21:22 AM): He tossed the towel
into the laundry bin and pulled on his boxers.
Dani (2:24:48 AM): "I'm sorry, Rion."
Adrion (2:26:57 AM): Nothing, swiping
fingers through his wet hair
Dani (2:28:15 AM): He sighed and turned
over onto his side.
Adrion (2:47:46 AM): Tugging his shirt
on, too, he looked at Dani. "Goodnight."
Dani (2:50:01 AM): Dani swallowed back tears. "Goodnight..."
Adrion (2:51:03 AM): "don't let me
sleep in. I'll feel like a bum."
Dani (2:52:00 AM): "They won't let
you anyway. They'll have you up to do things with them."
Adrion (2:52:46 AM): "I'd rather you
did it. Act like you at least want me here."
Dani (2:53:34 AM): "I do want you
here. I just...never wake up early, you know that."
Adrion (2:54:52 AM): "I didn't say
early. Just early enough," opening the door
Dani (2:55:30 AM): "Okay." He
nodded and pulled up his blanket.
Adrion (2:56:46 AM): "Goodnight,"
he repeated again.
Dani (2:59:26 AM): "Night, Rion."
Adrion (3:00:44 AM): Shutting the door,
he went across the hall.
Adrion (3:00:54 AM): It was only 8:00 now
but he felt exhausted.
Dani (3:01:17 AM): Dani stared at the wall, stared until his vision blurred.
Adrion (3:03:41 AM): He fell asleep fast, his eyes dropping like heavy weights.
Dani (3:07:56 AM): Dani was awake for a long time until he heard someone enter
his room. It was Raine and she came over, laying down
next to him. "I'm your sister and I loveyou, but
if you hurt him I'll disown you."She slapped him
upside the head and left the room and he fell into a fitful sleep.
Adrion (3:08:37 AM): When he woke up he
wished he'd just slept in Dani's room with him. He
felt cold and empty.
Dani (3:11:16 AM): Dani was still asleep and burrowed under covers when Raine
and Frankie ran into Adrion's room and they both
pounced on him, covering his face in kisses
Adrion (3:13:56 AM): He squeaked and
stretched and shrinked away from them.
Dani (3:15:08 AM): "No, don't let him
get away, Frankie!" Raine exclaimed, tickling his
sides as Frankie kissed over his head.
Adrion (3:15:28 AM): "Stttoopp!" Adrion wiggled
under the covers
Dani (3:19:02 AM): "Okay, okay, let
him breathe."
Adrion (3:19:34 AM): He paused. "Are
you done?"
Dani (3:20:51 AM): Frankie and Raine
glanced at each other. "Depends,"Raine
replied.
Adrion (3:23:32 AM): Adrion looked at them.
Dani (3:24:16 AM): "You gonna be a grump? Because if you are it's
tickle and girly kissy torture till you smile
genuinely and giggle."
Adrion (3:25:15 AM): "no."
Dani (3:25:43 AM): A nod from both girls
and they wore identical mischievous grins
Adrion (3:26:10 AM): "But I'm
annoying now when I don't get cuddle time in," smirking.
Dani (3:26:40 AM): Another glance between
them. "You want cuddling?"
Adrion (3:27:38 AM): "Don't get any
ideas."
Dani (3:27:53 AM): "Who, us?"
They smiled innocently now.
Adrion (3:32:13 AM): "Yes,
you."
Dani (3:33:03 AM): They grinned and
flopped down on either side of him, cuddling up. "You love us and you know
it, Aide."
Adrion (3:33:37 AM): A sigh. "Yeah, yeah.
Dani (3:35:09 AM): Both girls pecked his
cheeks and then rested their heads on his shoulders.
Adrion (3:35:24 AM): "Can I go back
to sleep?"
Dani (3:36:17 AM): "All right,
fine." They both sat up and Frankie slid off the bed first.
Adrion (3:38:33 AM): "You can stay.
I'm just not good company."
Dani (3:39:35 AM): Raine looked over at
him. "Go back to sleep, Aide." She slid off the bed along with
Frankie and they headed to the door.
Adrion (3:40:37 AM): "Okay,"
frowning a ittle and looking
at them.
Dani (3:41:50 AM): Raine and Frankie both
blew him kisses and Raine flashed him a wink before following out behind
Frankie
Adrion (3:45:06 AM): He laughed a little
and smiled, snuggling back down.
Dani (3:46:48 AM): Raine shut the door and
went to Dani's room to kick him awake.
Adrion (3:50:04 AM): Hugging the pillow,
he closed his eyes again.
Dani (3:50:46 AM): Dani made a moaning sound and Raine kept kicking him till he
sat up. "Good, you're awake. Just going back to bed now.
Ta." Raine grinned wickedly and went back to her room.
Adrion (12:59:05 AM): Hugging the pillow,
he smiled just faintly and sighed.
Dani (12:59:40 AM): Dani huffed and ruffled his hair, then cursed his sister and
flopped back down in bed.
Adrion (1:00:56 AM): He listened to them
across the hall and finally tried to fall asleep again.
Dani (1:01:46 AM): "Damn her,"he muttered, burying his face under his pillow.
Adrion (1:02:30 AM): Stretching his legs,
Adrion slowly fell asleep.
Dani (1:08:07 AM): But he couldn't sleep
now, so he went off and got breakfast.
Adrion (1:16:22 AM): Flipping over on his
back, he let out an unhappy huff.
Dani (1:22:16 AM): But stopping at the
counter, he realized he'd told Adrion he'd wake him
and trudging back upstairs, he went to the guest room, knocking. "Rion..."
Adrion (1:23:43 AM): "Mmmph," a huff again.
Dani (1:29:12 AM): He stepped into the
room and over to the bed, touching Adrion's shoulder.
"Wake up."
Adrion (1:38:04 AM): "I am,"
opening his eyes at him.
Dani (1:42:28 AM): "Oh...sorry."
Adrion (1:45:35 AM): Adrion looked at him a little, leaning up on his elbows.
Dani (1:59:09 AM): "There's stuff for breakfast downstairs if you're hungry.'
Adrion (2:03:26 AM): "Did you sleep
okay?"
Dani (2:08:22 AM): He shrugged. "Till
my sister came in kicking me, sure.
Adrion (2:08:57 AM): Adrion laughed a little at that and smirked.
Dani (2:15:59 AM): "Oh yes, it's very
funny for you."
Adrion (2:16:45 AM): "yeah, it
is."
Dani (2:22:23 AM): He rolled his eyes. "Of course. Well, I got you up like you asked."
Adrion (2:23:35 AM): "I
noticed," sitting up straight, his hands in his lap.
Dani (2:27:08 AM): "I'll be
downstairs." And he headed t o the door.
Adrion (2:28:19 AM): "Wait..."
Dani (2:30:02 AM): Dani stopped at the door. "Yes?"
Adrion (2:30:35 AM): "I think you
need ot remind me why I'm
supposed to be in love you with."
Adrion (2:30:37 AM): with you-
Dani (2:32:42 AM): He bit his lip. "I
don't know how to do t hat."
Adrion (2:33:17 AM): Adrion frowned and shook his head. "Forget it."
Dani (2:40:10 AM): Dani's shoulders slumped. "I'm not shunning you, Adrion. But from what I remember, you haven't told you
parents either."
Adrion (2:41:57 AM): His eyes narrowed
just enough for Dani to know that hit a bad spot with
him. "That's different and you know it."
Dani (2:52:13 AM): "Oh no it isn't. Just because your parents
pick and choose when to love you or not. I'm fucking scared of showing
them that I'm not what they think. But I never said I wouldn't."
Adrion (3:01:38 AM): "They don't
pick and choose. They just don't. And I've told you before that they would only
care enough to use it as an excuse to cut me off the minute I'm out of
school."
Dani (3:02:52 AM): Dani pressed his lips together. "Well unlike you I have
parents that have been proud of me my whole life and I don't want to fuck that

Adrion (3:03:28 AM): "Well aren't
you just lucky. Go down to breakfast," laying
back down in the bed.
Dani (3:06:44 AM): He scowled. "Yeah,
that's right. Crucify me over something you're doing too. You're such a fucking
hypocrite!" He stalked out of the room, back downstairs to the kitchen.
Adrion (3:09:16 AM): Adrion's parents didn't even count as parents. They were nothing.
Since the first time he'd gotten sick, he'd become an orphan with a trust fund
and endless money. They "took care" of him, but they didn't give a
flying fuck. Adrion couldn't see the resemblence... If they found out anything at all like this,
they would use it as just cause to cut him out of their life. He'd finish
classes and have nothing to himself. He'd do it... to prove Dani
wrong...
Dani (3:11:19 AM): Making some breakfast, Dani sat down and ate by himself, face drawn and haggard
looking.
Adrion (3:12:02 AM): Sitting up in the
bed again, he stuck his head on the door and called for Raine.
Raine (3:13:43 AM): Raine was in her room,
reading a book and she padded down the hall when she heard her name being
called. "Yeah?"
Adrion (3:14:16 AM): "Can I talk to
you?" quietly.
Raine (3:15:20 AM): "Sure." She
smiled and came into the room. "what is it,
Aide?"
Adrion (3:16:34 AM): "Should I tell
my parents? He thinks its the same thing..." his
voice quiet. "But they don't care... they don't want to hear anything
about me, you know? I'm just someone on their payroll."
Raine (3:19:40 AM): Raine came and sat in a
chair in the corner and patted the seat beside her. "Aide, you know what
they'd do if they knew. They'd hold it over your head and fuck you about. Dani's...I get what he's saying, but it's different for
everyone. He just can't see that mum and dad wouldn't give a shit about who
he's with as long as they make him happy."
Adrion (3:20:54 AM): "He hasn't even
kissed me since the flight here. He hasn't even bothered to sneak me one.
Shouldn't he at least want to? I mean..." a small frustrated sound.
Raine (3:22:58 AM): She gave him a quick
squeeze around his shoulders. "I know he's an idiot, but he does love you.
More than anyone he's been with before. You mean a hell of a lot to him, but
he's just being irrational.'
Adrion (3:23:56 AM): "I can't do
this for too long," quietly.
Raine (3:25:44 AM): "I know. And
hopefully he'll get his head out of his arse and just
tell them."
Adrion (3:28:04 AM): "I don't even
care if he tells them. I just don't want him to treat me like a friend the
entire time we're here."
Raine (8:46:13 PM): She nodded a bit. "I understand, Aide. He'll come
around. Promise."
Adrion (8:46:44 PM): "I don't want
him to keep using it against me," simply.
Raine (8:48:30 PM): "He's using it
against you?"
Adrion (8:48:48 PM): "He just told
me that I do it, so he can do it, basically."
Raine (8:49:42 PM): Raine rolled her eyes.
"Oh he's such an arse."
Adrion (8:55:50 PM): Adrion rubbed the back of his neck. "I'll call them. I'll
tell her and she can tell my father."
Raine (9:01:20 PM): "Don't do that,
Aide."
Adrion (9:31:54 PM): "I should."
Raine (12:47:42
AM): "No, you shouldn't. Because it will
hurt you more."
Adrion (12:49:11 AM): "I'll just tell
Dani that HE can put me through college, no
problem," sarcasm in his voice, but faint.
Raine (12:56:20 AM): She frowned a bit.
"Oh c'mon, Aide, don't do that."
Adrion (1:03:36 AM): He rubbed at his
knee out of habit. "If he does it again, I will. Because I'm not nearly as
scared of them as he seems to be of your parents.
Raine (1:05:20 AM): With a sigh, Raine
leaned forward with her arms around her knees. "I don't know if he's
scared of them, or maybe just everyone else. Our family is sometimes accepting,
and sometimes...not."
Adrion (1:07:38 AM): "And mine are
never accepting. And I still would take the chance."
Raine (1:11:08 AM): "I know...it's bullshit."
Adrion (1:14:46 AM): Adrion looked unsure and nodded a little.
Raine (1:16:32 AM): She glanced back at
him. "Give him a week or so."
Adrion (1:18:01 AM): "To tell them
or to at least pretend to be a boyfriend even if he is hiding it?"
Raine (1:23:53 AM): "Hopefully the
first one."
Adrion (1:30:13 AM): Adrion smiled a little at her, softly slipping off the bed.
Raine (1:33:36 AM): "You gonna be okay now?"
Adrion (1:35:03 AM): "For now...
yeah."
Raine (1:40:35 AM): She nudged him a
little. "I'll beat him up for you."
Adrion (1:41:11 AM): "I can manage
my own fights. Thanks, though."
Raine (1:47:45 AM): A little laugh and she
nodded, getting up. "Okay."
Adrion (1:53:55 AM): Adrion pulled on the closest pair of jeans, trying to look like
he was at least attempting to dress for the day.
Raine (1:59:34 AM): "I'll see you down
at breakfast?"
Adrion (2:00:42 AM): "Yeah... I'll
be there in a minute.
Raine (2:09:59 AM): Another little nod and
she made her way out of the room.
Adrion
(1:32:08 AM): He put clothes on that he knew Dani
liked and made his way down.
Dani (12:57:16 AM): Dani
was picking at some eggs when he heard footsteps and looked up, seeing Adrion and s miling slightly.
Adrion (12:58:00 AM): Wiping a little bit
of eyeliner out from under his eye, he sleepily got food and didn't look at
anyone in particular.
Dani (1:03:35 AM): Dani
watched him wistfully for a moment and then went back to eating.
Adrion (1:04:44 AM): Sitting down in a
seat, he pushed his food around his plate and faintly wondered if Dani would bother to scold hima
bout never eating all his food.
Dani (1:10:23 AM): Dani
noticed the fork swishing back and forth but barely lifting off Adrion's plate. As he took a bite of his own toast, he
paused. "You eat like a bird, Rion."
Adrion (1:12:11 AM): "Birds don't
eat bacon."
Dani (1:14:07 AM): He
nodded a bit. "Not any I've seen, no."
Adrion (1:25:38 AM): "Mmm..." poking his eggs.
Dani (1:28:38 AM): Dani
went back to chewing on his toast, staring out the window.

(12:37:16 AM): Adrion ate a little more. "Where are your
parents?" noticing they weren't there.
Dani (12:39:30 AM): "Out at my Grandmum's,"he mumbled.
Adrion (12:39:41 AM): "How come they
didn't take you?"
Dani (12:47:17 AM): "Because we'll be
seeing her later at dinner anyway. They're helping her with stuff."
Adrion (12:49:02 AM): Adrion nodded and pretended to eat a little more before picking
his plate up to clear it off.
Dani (12:49:54 AM): Dani just shook his head at that but said nothing, even when
Raine kicked him hard in the shin
Adrion (12:50:16 AM): He heard a thud under
the table and the silverware jump. "Don't bother," to Raine.
Dani (12:52:06 AM): Gnashing his teeth at
the pain, he looked at Raine and then over at Adrion.
" What in the fuck is your problem?" he
snapped at her and she was visibly taken aback.
Adrion (12:53:00 AM): Letting is plate clunk
into the dishwasher, he glared at Dani now. "Don't yell at her."
Dani (12:55:33 AM): Dani looked to him and made a huffing sound. "Don't tell
me what to do,Adrion. She's
acting like a bitch so I can call her out on it."
Adrion (12:56:02 AM): "You provoke
her," not knowing where else to go in the house so opting to start up the
stairs.
Dani (1:02:25 AM): "Oh sod off,” he
growled, getting up from the table after glaring at Raine.
Adrion (1:05:04 AM): Adrion didn't like the feeling in the pit of his stomach at
all, shutting the door to the guestroom.

and down a hill, cursing the whole way.
Adrion (1:33:36 AM): Looking at his cell
phone, he flicked it open and called one of the only numbers in the phone book.
Dani (1:38:48 AM): Dani sat down on a small rock there, closing his eyes.
Adrion (1:46:30 AM): He talked to the maid
and waited for his mom. She told him to make it quick and he did, flatly
telling her that his friend he was vacationing with before Uni
was really his boyfriend. She didn't speak and, not before long, the phone
clicked.
Dani (1:50:56 AM): Rubbing at his eyes, Dani felt that he'd begun tocry
and he let his shoulders sag. He was such a hopeless fuck.
Adrion (1:53:44 AM): Clicking it shut, he
sat with a solemn face for a moment before calling a bank. He planned on wiring
things into a different account as fast as he could. Maybe
today, if Dani would drive him to a bank.
Dani (1:54:27 AM): He wiped at his eyes
and then turned over, nestling his head on the warm grass.
Adrion (1:58:25 AM): Instead, he went to
talk to Raine.
Raine (1:58:52 AM): Raine was dabbling in paints in the livingroom,
crying too and not even noticing.
Adrion (2:00:14 AM): He noticed and bit his
lip. "I... I called her...Do you think you could take me to the bank? I
don't care which one. Something international, maybe," Adrion
didn't even know how to work a bank account.
Raine (2:00:52 AM): Raine glanced up at him and she looked heartbroken. "Oh...yeah. Sure." She got up, wiping off her
hands and grabbed some keys from the counter.
Adrion (5:02:12 PM): He fidgeted as he
followed her, toeing his shoes on at the door.
Raine (5:03:10 PM): Heading outside, she went over to the garage, opening it
and going to one ofthe cars, getting in.
Adrion (5:03:48 PM): His flip flops clicked
under his feet and he got into the car.
Raine (5:07:11 PM): She pulled out of the driveway and headed down the path
towards town.
Adrion (5:07:32 PM): "Thanks for taking
me."
Raine (5:08:20 PM): "No problem,” she said quietly, driving along down a
dirt road.
Adrion (5:09:08 PM): "I'm sorry I made
you guys fight."
Raine (5:13:15 PM): "He chose to fight."
Adrion (5:52:15 PM): Adrion nodded, faintly, and touched over the door handle and
things.
Raine (5:55:32 PM): She came down the road, stopped, and just sat there for a
moment.
Adrion (5:57:46 PM): Looking around a
little, he glanced at her.
Raine (6:11:19 PM): "You both are so....ugh!" She smacked her head
down on the steering wheel.
Adrion (6:11:56 PM): "Both? And what
did I do?"
Raine (6:21:50 PM): She looked over at him. "You had to call them! You
had to be dumb and spiteful."
Adrion (6:22:41 PM): "I called them
because I should have to start with. That's my choice, so I don't want to hear
that it was dumb."
Raine (6:29:38 PM): "Whatever."She waved
her hand in the air. "I'm tired of being in the middle. You two want to
have a brawl, go ahead."
Adrion (6:30:14 PM): "I wasn't putting
you in the middle. I asked you for advice. You were irritating him all on your
own."
Raine (6:44:17 PM): She rolled her eyes. "That wasn't what I meant, dammit. He's my brother and he's an idiot, but I still love
him. And you're my friend. I'm in the middle no matter what."
Adrion (6:46:44 PM): "Then don't say it
like its my fault."
Raine (6:59:52 PM): "It's both of your faults. You and
him. You're in a relationship and you never even TALKED about eventually
coming out to people?"
Adrion (7:04:50 PM): "Apparently I
didn't think it was a fucking problem. He didn't have any trouble letting the
entire school know"
Raine (7:14:06 PM): "Oh for heaven's sake, Adrion.
He never told anyone. He just let them find out when you two ended up
together."
Adrion (7:14:47 PM): "Can we go to the
bank?" quietly.
Raine (7:21:37 PM): She sighed."Yeah yeah,the bank." She turned
down the street and made her way towards the center of town.
Adrion (7:27:59 PM): Adrion kept his hands clasped in his lap and just watched the scenary.
Raine (7:34:33 PM): When she got outside the bank, she parked and turned off
the car.
Adrion (7:35:29 PM): "I'll be
back..." quietly getting out of the car and shutting the door behind him
as he tucked his normal messenger bag around him.
Raine (7:43:21 PM): She gazed after him for a moment and then sighed and
leaned back in her seat.
Adrion (7:50:02 PM): It didn't take him long
to get confused. There was so much put into this sort of thing. Finally,
though, he managed to empty one of his three accounts... the other two had
already been emptied.
Raine (8:07:07 PM): Tapping on the steering wheel, she closed her eyes. She
knew Dani was hurting just as much as Adrion but he'd never admit it
Adrion (8:07:47 PM): Coming back out, he was
trying to stuff his knew bank card into his wallet.
Raine (8:19:15 PM): Turning on the car again once she saw him, she stretched
out.
Adrion (8:19:55 PM): He slid into the car
and adjusted his bag onto his lap.
Raine (8:25:05 PM): Not saying a word, she made her way out of the lot and
back towards home.
Adrion (8:27:49 PM): "i don't want you to tell him."
Raine (8:36:04 PM): "Tell him what?"
Adrion (8:38:14 PM): "About my parents.'
Raine (8:42:38 PM): "Oh...right. Why would I?"
Adrion (8:42:46 PM): "I don't know."
Raine (11:04:48 PM): She
nodded abit. "I won't say a word."
Adrion (11:09:07 PM): "I'm going to have
to start looking for a job for the summer."
Raine (11:10:58 PM): "There's plenty of places
around town."
